Terrific experience with SunTex! Casey in the office was so helpful and polite on the phone listening to my pool saga. He sent me Preston and Charles the same day to address a leak we had, among other issues, and those two are top notch! Not only did they fix 2 leaks in a matter of minutes, they were able to explain and plan a repair to my light and electrical conduit that NO other company was able to solve. Thank you so much for the outstanding service and proving there ARE still companies out there that really care about customer service.

Francisco from SunTex Pools has been doing an outstanding job of servicing our pool for almost a year now. He knows our pool system inside out. His weekly pool cleaning reports are always detailed and to the point in terms of water chemistry and equipment status. He keeps our pool sparkling clean and in top operating conditions. We have had a great time keeping our pool clean with Mario. He does a fantastic job, every time. The guys at SunTex always answer my questions & are super quick to fix anything on my pool. My big filter started leaking & they were out the next day to repair it! I would recommend them for anyone in the DFW area! I have a pretty big pool so it’s a big job keeping it functioning.

We have been pool owners for 30 years and had four different service companies over that time. We switched to Sun Tex Pools several months ago and the quality of the service is far beyond anything we have experienced. Nate and Casey are great to work with and their employees are top notch!

I am so glad to have discovered SunTex Pools. I've known I had a leak for a while, but when the water is coming up from under the deck, it's not at all obvious where the leaks are. Charles Miller came out, ruled out the skimmer (phew!), found it under the deck, cut it out, fixed the broken pipe, then TESTED AGAIN, found another leak, fixed it, then TESTED AGAIN. This is how I used to debug software, so it was comforting and satisfying to watch somebody who knew what they were doing and were good at it.

We really like our SunTex Pool service. They're a Christian & military service member owned company. Francisco comes weekly, at about the same time every week, & he texts when he's on his way to our home. At the end of the service, Francisco submits the cleaning report, which gets emailed to me. This report details services performed, ph/chemical levels & any proactive steps that may need to be addressed in the near future to keep our pool in tip-top shape. They also recommend a great automatic pool cleaner 6 months ago that keeps the pool water crystal clear!

Trevor and the SunTex team have been excellent. I hired them to do a green to clean and have them for weekly maintenance. Everyone has been friendly and professional, and the pool is fantastic!
